1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that engaging in physical activity, personal training, and fitness programs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:• Physical injury (e.g., muscle strains, sprains, broken bones, heart complications).
• Pre-existing medical conditions worsening due to exercise.
• Risks associated with using equipment, facilities, and following training instructions.
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, arising from my participation.
2. MEDICAL CLEARANCE
I confirm that:• I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.
• I have consulted a physician or assume all risks if I choose not to do so.
• I will immediately inform the trainer of any medical changes.
3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I waive, release, and discharge Get Personal Training Now, its owners, trainers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, demands, or legal actions arising from my participation, including:• Negligence, injuries, or damages resulting from training services.
• Use of facilities, training programs, or equipment.
• Accidents, injuries, or medical complications.
4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
I understand that personal training results vary based on individual effort, health, and consistency. No guarantees are made regarding weight loss, muscle gain, or specific fitness goals.5. NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASE POLICY
All online purchases are final and non-refundable, as stated in the Terms & Conditions.6. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
